Our development building is centrally located near the old town and the Danube, a short distance from Ingolstadt Technical University and with good highway and train connections. Our main customers are only a few minutes' drive away, which facilitates excellent cooperation.

Internship as part of the practical semester for automotive displays (m/f/d) – winter semester 26/27 (4–6 months)

The application documents sent to ESAS land directly on the management's desk. This ensures that they are processed as quickly as possible. You will usually receive a response within a few weeks. An appointment will be made for a telephone or face-to-face interview, which will give both sides the opportunity to get to know each other. This introductory interview is generally conducted by the managing director himself. If, after this initial meeting, there is still mutual interest, a further on-site appointment will follow with a concrete project presentation. In most cases, both sides will decide at this appointment whether a collaboration would be conceivable in principle.

You will usually receive feedback on your application within a few weeks. If everything fits, we will contact you by phone or email with suggested dates for a potential phone interview to get to know each other. If you have not received any feedback within 4 weeks, please feel free to contact us again.

If initial contact has not yet been made, you can contact us at any time using the applicant email address. We will try to answer your questions as quickly as possible. Once you have had an initial meeting, these people will accompany you throughout the entire application process and will be available to answer your questions at any time in writing (email) or by phone.

You are also welcome to send us a speculative application if you have a technical degree or a degree from a technical university. We will take the time to contact you by phone to match potential positions with your application profile. However, please make it clear in your cover letter which subject area would be of interest to you.

In general, business fluent German is required within the company for internal communication, meetings, reports, etc. Due to cooperation with internationally active companies, good English skills are required depending on the project.

We require state-certified training as a technician or a university degree in engineering (bachelor's, master's, diploma) for collaboration.

We are also happy to accept applications from graduates. To help us assign your application more effectively, we recommend that you include a cover letter. Ideally, this should refer to the specific project you are applying for.

Our technical experts take a lot of time to train new colleagues in the respective projects. Thanks to low staff turnover, our employees have extensive project knowledge, which we believe is essential for thorough training. New employees start with smaller tasks, the difficulty of which varies depending on their expertise. The complexity slowly increases until the training process is complete and the new employee can participate in the project as independently as possible.
